You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Hygiene items
For hygiene reasons, some personal-care items can't be returned once opened.
Return details
Return window. Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Condition. Items should be unused and in their original packaging, unless they arrived faulty.
Return shipping. Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
Refunds. Once your return is received and checked, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
Damaged or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at hola@kumobox.cl and we'll make it right — no need to return it first.
Restocking fee. We don't charge a restocking fee.
